Price information

The given prices are per person and day.
Included in the price is a rich breakfast buffet as well as the daily entry to the indoor pool and sauna area of the Freizeit Arena.
The local tax of € 4.00 per person and day (from the age of 15) will be charged additionally and will be € 5.00 from 01.11.2025.
For single use of the double room we charge +50% surcharge.
Dogs are not allowed in the house.

Discount for children (only valid in double room with 2 adults):
age of 2 - 5,9: 50%
age of 6 - 9,9: 30%
age of 10 - 14,9: 20%
from age of 15: 10%

Cancellation conditions
In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:

• Up to 1 month prior to the agreed arrival day a cancellation is possible for free by a unilateral declaration of both sides.
• 1 month till 7 days before arrival 50% of the total sum will be charged.
• In case of a cancellation within the last 7 days as well as early departure or late arrival (according to reservation confirmation) 90% of the total sum will be charged.

You can pay cash, with debit card or credit card. American Express or Diners-Card will not be accepted by us!
All prices are subject to errors or changes. Legal claims cannot be derived fundamentally therefrom against us. If the prices differ from the reservation confirmation, the prices according to the current price list shall apply.
