In winter the valley floor of Sölden lies like a white carpet between the mountains.

The popular Sölden ski area includes 144 kilometres of slopes with 31 modern mountain lifts and gondolas. From easy practising areas to advanced slopes it offers the suitable underground for all skiers and snowboarders. However we also recommend a winter hike far from the crowds through the snow-covered landscape. On bad weather days the Freizeit Arena Sölden or the thermal spa AQUA DOME in Längenfeld are worth a visit. Your kids will love the toboggan run or the ice skating rink directly in Sölden.

If mountain bike, e-bike or downhill - any type of cyclist is welcome in Sölden. Feel pure adrenalin when biking through the Bike Republic Sölden. The many different trails lead along the mountains towards the village centre of Sölden. Further explore the other villages via the new Ötztal Cycle Trail.

Also climbing has grown in appeal to many guests. From beginner to expert you will find all levels of difficulty on several via ferratas or climbing gardens.
